Tactical Arrest and Control (T.A.C.) Training

Learn how to defend yourself against deadly threats based upon the principles of Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Learn Gun Defenses, Knife Defenses, Weapon Retention, and Proper Cuffing Techniques.
